I ordered a college universal Buddy which showed available! After many repeated texts/emails on my end, I finally received it more than a month later! Frost Buddy customer service was more than lacking during this month long ordeal! They never offered me a refund! They never reached out to offer their apologies! I am very disappointed with the lack of customer support I received! I am the one who did all the reaching out!
