I would say customer service was horrible. I did ne order and heard nothing for a week. So I emailed and they said it was an issue with the etching. So another week goes by nothing. I email again. Now it's an.issue with the bottle. Then nothing g again foe a week. Untill I got the email that said the shipping lable was made. But didn't ship m out for about another week.
