The products are first-rate, and I and family members have several of them, but this was absolutely the worst buying experience I've had online. Multiple emails unanswered, finally got response via Instagram and then phone. Delays in product were explained; unfortunate and it should have been disclosed when ordered (since it was a gift), but whatever. I was told the blanks would be in in a week, then a week goes by and they should be here this week, etc. I did receive texts apologizing for the delay, but never got replies within the same day! Nor did it seem that anyone could see the previous conversations I had had in that text string (but I can)!!! Then was offered a free item "for my trouble", THREE TIMES via text, and three times I answered, and three times it was never confirmed or sent. Unbelievable. I won't say I won't buy your product again, but it will be in black if I do again. Something on the shelf. I just get spun up again having to revisit this whole experience.
