It's great definitely recommend. Here's the bad cuz I'm sure you don't care about the good. 1. The top part you twist is made of plastic and outside is rubber the problem is the plastic threads. Scary with funky bottles. 2 the rubber lip you rest your lips on should have a space or something so your lips have a place to rest while drinking instead of directly on the rubber seal. Just talked time to get used to but with a indent space you wouldn't need to change how you drink. 3. You can't tell how much drink is left lol
