My order was missing 2 items, I emailed the company same day that I received the order. Have not heard back from them. Was a little let down with the mystery box, as it didn't quite make the estimated value and was full of items that for the most part were on sale on the site and colors that have been out for a while. Was hooping for a better assortment of items and colors since this was the $400 VIP box.
