I love these things! I have the universal cooler, which works great for all my favorite energy drinks. I also have the To-Go Buddy for my iced coffees! The To-Go Buddy also comes with a sipper lid, and mine had a cut seal. I sent a quick email and some photos to customer service, and rather than just send a new seal or lid, they sent an entire To-Go Buddy! I am very impressed with the product and customer service. I tell everyone about these, and will continue to purchase for friends and family.
