Product is great! Work well, good feel, doesn’t sweat. Customer service and communication isn’t great though. Half my order arrived promptly, no issues. Waited 3-4 weeks for information about when the other half my order would ship. Had ordered in early June for my wife’s birthday at the end of the month and by that point they couldn’t tell me when my order would be prepared. Reached out several times through email/Facebook with no response. Call support line and actually got a human, but they weren’t able to tell me anything about my order, just that I would be notified when it did ship. Awesome products! I Use them daily but communication from customer support is nonexistent.
