Would be a 5 out of 5 if the customer service would have at-least responded to my email and sent out the packaging in time. Bought a largish order with 4-5 day shipping. Well, here we are on day 6 and the package hasn't even left the original location/origin/factory. I placed this order knowing that one of the included universal buddies was intended as a gift for a close relatives birthday that was in 7 days, expecting for it be be here on time. It’s apparent now that it will not make it. Recap: -Placed over $150, 4-5 day shipping order for a package that was needed in 7 days. Didn’t make it. -Emailed customer service and never got a response. I deducted one star each for each of these. This is my third order with frost buddy and my largest. No other issues preceded this and the universal frost buddy is a solid product.
