As I write this review, the product I ordered still has not arrived. I placed the order 47 days ago. FORTY SEVEN DAYS AGO! I keep getting told the engraver was backed up by two weeks. Nothing on the website, confirmation email, or anything mentioned there would be a delay. Regardless of the initial issue, there is absolutely no excuse in a koozie taking over 6 weeks to ship.
