There was not much communication after my purchase once the order was complete. The was apparently a delay I was jot aware of until I reached out to frost buddy. Then I received a offer because of the delay to either get 50% of my order refunded or a free frost buddy. I chose the frost buddy. I have yet to receive any confirmation or info on this choice. I did however get my original order and am very pleased with it.
