Universal Buddy is a great product very well thought through and designed. I honestly cannot think of a single thing that I would change on it. I did return a couple of sports buddy lids 2 weeks ago and still have not received my refund. Also I wish the 5 to 8 day shipping was explained that Osm Worldwide would be handling the package to your local post office. I only live 7 hours away from where the product shipped from in Illinois and it took 8 days to get here. Extremely slow shipping
