From the beginning, I had a horrible experience. Customer service has been great for the most part. There was a very long delay in getting the frost buddy. I was offered a small discount which was great, but I still wanted the item which was long past due. Then due to an even longer delay, I was offered a 50% discount or a free universal buddy. I went on the Google form and chose a free universal buddy. Weeks later I still have not heard anything about it, so I wrote Customer service, and told them the situation. I told them how I chose a free U.B. and was inquiring about it. They then said they issued the 50% off refund. Like they didn't even read what I wrote. I'm very Disappointed and feel like it's been a 💩 show. I heard great things about the product, n my husband loves his universal buddy he finally got. But I have a bad taste in my mouth for my first experience.
