I've had a universal buddy for awhile and I love it so I decided to buy a Togo Buddy as well and it's nice but it arrived with a chip in the paint and I contacted customer service but they only refunded $4 instead of replacing the cup and letting me return the item with a chip in the paint. I would be buying many more for my entire family but after this experience I doubt I'll take the risk of purchasing anything else from this company.
