Cool products, but jesus, the shipping is painful. Takes over 2 weeks just to ship, but with no communication. What reaching out to them to ask why, you get nothing but a generic email saying "due to high volume, shipments are delayed". So impersonal. Zero information in their reply. I even reached out on Facebook and got the exact same message, word for word. At the very least, se the expectation that nothing will ship for at least 2 weeks and there will be no communication until then.
