First off the product is good. However, I ordered my coozie and it took about a month to receive when it was expected between 5-8 days. I wanted this for vacation but it didn’t arrive on time. Instead of a discount or expedited shipping due to delays on there end, I got an email basically saying “I’m sorry, we’ll have it shipped when ready.”
They could have at least offered to shave 10-15% off since it took so long or at least attempted to ship overnight when ready.
Not very happy with the customer service.
