First of all, when I FINALLY received both of the customized Universal Buddy's, they were GREAT. The BIGGEST problem I had with the whole situation was the fact that it took WAY TOO LONG to receive them. Because of the delay, I was unable to give these to my friends in time for their Anniversary. Just to be aware, I ordered two Universal Buddys (that had to be customized) on June 19th. I did not receive the final product until July 29th. 40+ days to receive the product is unacceptable. I would have given this review 1 Star if I was only asked how the process was. But given that the product (Universal Buddy) is fantastic, I decided to split the difference. My suggestion, please work on correcting your fullfillment process, because as of right now, it is not very good.
