I like that it fits different size bottles and keeps them cool long enough to enjoy the entire drink, not just the first few sips. I don't like that I have to pay an extra 10 dollars for a rubber bumber to fit the bottom. That seems like a purposefully deaigned flaw to upsell items. You obviously know it needs a bumper or you would not have created one, just include it. Or at least put a thicker piece of rubber on the bottom of the cup.
