I was disappointed that the site advertised a free compass and whistle on the paracord. However, when I contacted them about it I was told that was old designs. Well, why would the marketing department not update the photos, to not falsely advertise? I didn't get any further response when I asked them to forward it to marketing. Poor customer service. However, the bottle itself is decent.
