The stainless steel bottle doesn’t keep ice for even a few hours. The lid on the joe cup is poorly designed and the silicone on the to-go cup is a cheap substitute for a decent lid. I had high hopes. I had to test them to see if I liked them but they can only be returned like new. So much for hassle free returns even the link to return doesn’t work.
