Customer service could use some work. I ordered a To Go Buddy and it took a while to receive it. I wasn’t informed they were out of stock of the color I wanted. The only way I knew that was by writing several emails over the course of several weeks. Also, I was supposed to get a lid with my frost buddy but didn’t get one. I ordered one on my own, but got the wrong size. I requested an exchange for the right lid, but was told to take a picture of the lid I received. I shouldn’t have to “prove” I have the wrong lid. Furthermore I should have gotten the correct lid with my initial order to begin with. I can’t recommend Frost Buddy to anyone, which is too bad because it is a good product.
