Customer service is absolutely awful. I have not received my purchase. Carrier claims they never received it from Frost Buddy, Frost Buddy says Carrier lost it. Every time I reach out to Customer Service they reply with my original tracking number that shows that USPS is still awaiting the package, and proceed to try and tell me it shipped. When I point out the problem to them again, they ghost me. It's theft at this point.
