I cannot rave enough about my Frost Buddy experience. I have had my Universal 2.0 Sunset and my husband has the Universal 2.0 real tree Max5 for a couple of years and we LOVE them. Perfect for poolside or taking on trips especially when I like to change up from various sized beverages regularly. But I ordered this time for a gift for a friend and the Frost Buddy team really outdid themselves. I wanted to customize the Universal 2.0 with photos of her dogs and husband so I put together a collage of photos and tried to use the customize feature on the website but there were technical difficulties on their end. I reached out to the team and they stayed in contact with me daily via text and email throughout the entire process. They had me send the images directly to them and their engraver was able to wrap the collage around a royal blue universal 2.0 to produce the most perfect gift for my friend. I am very thankful to this team and the personal touch they gave to me. I HIGHLY recommend!!!!! 10/10
