I have purchased four Frost Buddies. I loved the three of them and was disappointed with the fourth, my Joe Frost Buddy because the whole idea was to not keep things “frosty”. Quite the opposite I was wanting this one to keep my coffee hot. Really hot for a really long time. It did not and the lid wasn’t sealing tightly. Your customer service is so great! A new cup came very quickly! This one is much better at starting out hot. It keeps coffee quite warm almost til I’m done drinking the first cup. Customer Service: 100% Coffee Temperature: 72%.
