Poor customer service. Poor communication. Ordered product with '5 to 8 day delivery'. 14 days after order I asked for an update. 16 days after I asked for a refund. 17 days after I got a 'shipment notification. 19 days later I got a 'we cant refund you because we already shipped it. Product is good. Shady company with poor customer service. will not deal with again
