I love the products and I will order more in the future. I have many items from Frost Buddy, and have given them as gifts. However, the customer service is failing as of late. I ordered 2 limited edition 5 O'clock universal buddies and only received 1. It's been almost 3 weeks since I received the one item, I have reached out to customer service and I still don't have an answer as to when I will be receiving my second item.
