I ordered 6 of the black & white checkered Frost Buddy's on 9/3/2023. As of today 10/20/2023 I have only received 1. Have tried to contact by email and chat but nothing is being done. They said "they will probably show up". No phone # to contact just email and chat. Just want them to sen me the remaining 5 to complete my order.
