Frost Buddy products are great. I just purchased my second one. Had trouble with shipping. I paid 11.99 for 2-3 day shipping. It took over 2 weeks to get my buddy. It was a Halloween one so unfortunately, I only can enjoy it for the next week and a half until next year. I was disappointed with the response from the company of "we'll try to do better next time". I feel like most any other company would have refunded shipping or at the very least the extra money spent to upgrade shipping.
