I love the product and the frost buddies are the best coozie on the market. With that being said the shipping dept is far from decent. I ordered 2 buddies and 1 got here on time. After reaching out they resent the one that I was missing and another free buddy for my inconvenience. Well the one I initially ordered came but the 2nd free buddy has yet to show and after reaching out about it again requesting a picture of the package. I came to the conclusion that it wasn’t worth the trouble after 2 months of waiting for my other part of my original order. I love the product but after the trouble will never order again.
