Ordered through the site, but the discount was not applied and when I tried to cancel the order (less than 15 minutes after getting the confirmation I was told it was already in shipping. I call BS on this). After each text response, I would get a stupid little smiley face emoji (just what I want to see when I am already upset). The order was shipped even after I told them several times to cancel. Credit for the discount was applied after the fact. Maybe next time someone asks you to cancel the order you do that, even if you have to do it with a sad face emoji. Will not be ordering from your site again.
