Received my order in a timely fashion. However, the Frost Buddy packaging was damaged (Frost Buddy was OK) because it was shipped in a bag which does not give very good protection to its contents. It wouldn't have been a big deal but this item was meant to be a gift. After contacting the company they gave me a 15% credit towards this purchase.
