Unfortunately, I can't review the product because the Post Office delivered mine to the wrong address. I can however, review the customer service team. They have been EXCELLENT. I really didnt expect anything when I responded to a text that was sent after I should have received my Frost Buddy. I was transferred to the customer service team and they have been awesome in communication and helping to answer a couple of questions I had.
