Disappointed that when I received my order some of the cups had tops and others did not. I needed for all of the cups to match because they are for my daughters and grandaughters to be opened at the same time. Sent an email for help and the answer was "sorry...can't make that happen" . Apparently I can't swap any of them or any other such solution. It seems to me that I am getting bunches of "you're important" emails from you all but the business practices don't match the emails.
