I was so disappointed when my flannel buddy was oversold because of popularity and wasn't gonna be able to get it in time for my son-in-law's birthday and Grandson's Christmas. The flannel was to be. thing for my grandson that was killed in March at 21. I wrote them and they promised to send them as soon as they got them back in stock. Their response. and caring and promised to get them as quickly as possible. I received my son. Before his birthday. The one for Christmas too. Customer service is outstanding, I let them know, and they had another kind response. They don't just ignore your comments. They carried through with kindness, professionalism, and a true support from a family own company. I give them five stars all the way.
