I never received one of my items I purchased. I was given two of the same to go buddy’s (berry berry Christmas). So as much as I’d love to leave a good review I can’t because I received the wrong item and emailed frost buddy 4 days ago about it and still haven’t gotten any response from anyone on the frost buddy team…. What a shame. I love frost buddy, but this was supposed to be a Christmas present and I don’t think I’ll be able to gift it now because it’s not the correct one.. very poor customer service for advertising 24/7 customer service…
