This is the second FB I have ordered as a Christmas gift. My first was received pretty quickly. This order that I paid extra for shipping wasn’t received in the stated timeframe. I chatted with a representative and my shipping was reimbursed. This was the only reason for the 4 ⭐️. I am waiting on delivery.
