The universal is hand’s down an amazing product…I have about 10 of them and have gifted them, as well! I’ve needed customer service once and that was a perfect and seamless experience. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of shipping. Frost buddy has some of the slowest shipping I’ve experienced, not just once, but repeatedly. If purchasing for a gift I would suggest giving yourself a minimum of 3 weeks lead time. The last buddy I purchased didn’t come in a box so it makes it difficult for gift giving, as well. Some come in a box, others don’t so you never really know what you’re going to get in that regard. Overall, the product is incredible and never fails to keep our drinks cold on the hottest summer day! Great product!
