Have now purchased 8 various perform Frost Buddy, all of which have been great. However, as good as their products are, their customer service is even better! I had an a miscommunication regarding a To Go Buddy purchased in which I thought a lid came with it and it did not. I contacted them explaining the situation and they immediately said a lid would be sent out. I received it in a week or so. No back and forth or saying "we'll see what we can do". Top notch service!!
