I absolutely love Frost Buddy! But my complaint is that for as much as the products cost, they should be shipped in boxes and not bags, because the products and packaging get damaged in bags. Another other issue is that it doesn’t matter if you choose the cheapest shipping option or the most expensive option, shipping time is the same. One last thing, I wish they would stop using USPS to ship because they take way too long and always damage the goods and use FedEx or UPS instead (for the love of everything please don’t start using DHL!!!).
