Love the product however I did contact customer service because only one of the 3 to go buddies I ordered came with a lid and straw so I had to place an additional order and pay additional shipping. (All three cost the same). Nothing was offered from customer service to assist or ship for free.
The one that did come with a lid didn’t come with a straw, we will opt for a different straw instead of placing a 3rd order. Everything should be included not à la cart.
