I love these universal koozies so I ordered 2 to give as gifts this holiday season. However, Frost Buddy decided to ship them separately for some reason so they shipped at different times. This wasn’t a big deal because I had plenty of time before the holidays, but then when the second one finally came, it was the wrong product. I contacted Frost Buddy and they were amazing and sent another one right away but because of the late shipping on the second item, it didn’t get to me in time for my gift exchange :(
