Our Frost Buddy's are very good, and keep the drinks cold very, very well. However, the website NAMES for the mugs should be changed, i.e. eliminate UNIVERSAL name from products. We ordered UNIVERSAL lid, but guess what, not universal and didn't fit our "TO-GO" mugs!
