I never received my frost buddy. I was excited to give it as a white elephant gift but it never came. When I reached out to customer service to ask for a refund they said to just wait another week on top of the 3 I’ve waited… Tracking has showed it stuck in another state for over 2 weeks. I won’t be ordering from here again and will have to keep reaching out for a refund.
