I have only bought 1 Frost Buddy which was last year in July. Been trying to get replacement lid do to discoloration. Also looked at a new one but pricing on site not accurate once photo is loaded. Pending response from you customer svc and marketing i believe they said.
Customer serivce process is email only which causes delays in resolution on issues.
