I ordered the sports buddy. This is the first order I’ve placed thru Frost Buddy and I’m highly disappointed. It is advertised the sports buddy comes with a compass and whistle attached to the paranoid (which is the reason I ordered this style). Mine did not include the compass or whistle. I tried calling and couldn’t get a person on the phone, I have emailed their customer service 6 times now (which advertises 24/7 response) and I also commented on one of their Facebook ads and tagged them. I have not received a response to one message. Basically … false advertising.
