Ordered 2 frost buddy’s … only received 1 … No notification no communication… I finally reached out to the company 3 weeks later and they said they had a “problem with upsells”?? 4 weeks later still have no notifications no updates no communication and unpaid for something I didn’t receive … very disappointed with this company … would not buy from again due to their lack of customer service and communication.
