I’m very happy with this. I ordered the cup and ordered a lid/ straw but, when the lid arrived, I could tell it was the wrong lid. I had called the number and was expecting to leave a text but, I messed up and hung up the phone. Customer service, Jason called right back. What service!!! I’m still waiting for my lid replacement though. I’m very happy with the service
