I have ordered multiple products from frost buddy, and everytime I am 100% satisfied. The one time I had to email customer support, they were prompt, polite and addressed my concern immediately! And the problem I did have wasn't even frost buddy's fault, I misread the order, but they worked to help me every step of the way.
