I was bummed when I got my 50 oz emerald green. It just didn’t keep thing cold. I text customer svs. They immediately replaced. Only thing is I had to change colors cause emerald was sold out. I love the old fashion customer svs with a modern twist. You can text a human, and a human responds. My addiction continues to be real.
