Frost Buddy is an amazing company and every single product I have (2 Universals, 2 Universal XLs, a Joe Buddy, and two Thicc buddies, is amazing. I have had no issues and their communication is top-notch. I enjoy the way they market and communicate with loyal customers. It makes me want to come back again and again. Cannot say enough good things - my drinks stay cold or hot for at least 24 hours and everything they say it does, it absolutely does it.
