My second order of a frost buddy was not quite the experience I saw coming. After several weeks of not receiving my frost buddy cup I called customer service and they helped me resolve my issue. They told me that my cup was still in the warehouse and they would order me an extra one and expedite me a new one out. This might be the last one I order.
